Man appeals Shadow Ridge development approval

James D. Verdone has filed an appeal with the Fremont County Commission of the county Planning and Zoning Commission’s October decision to approve the Shadow Ridge at Stephens Ranch development. Verdone lives in Wyoming and owns property near the 541-acre Shadow Ridge site off Fish Creek Road northeast of Ashton.
